This past weekend we took Connor to the Boston Childen's Museum. He was young for alot of the exibits, but he really enjoyed watching all of the other kids playing. After an exciting afternoon, we went to Quincy Market for dinner and to look at the lights.

Holiday Fun

This weekend we started to celebrate the holiday season. Yesterday, Connor got to give and receive his first Christmas gifts with Beth and Derek. Today, we spent the afternoon at Nana's baking and decorating cookies.

7 months

On Friday, Connor celebrated his 7 month birthday. Over this last month, Connor has really started to learn and grow. He now has his two bottom teeth, he can sit up like a pro and he is starting to feed himself little pieces of food like cheerios. Here is a picture of him sitting in his bath tub showing off his new smile with his two tiny teeth.

LaSalette

Here are the pictures that I promised from our visit to LaSalette last Friday. For those of you who do not know what LaSalette is let me explain... it is a Shrine where they decorate the whole property with Christmas lights. It is quite the sight to see!

Busy

We have been very busy this weekend. Friday night we went to LaSalette Shrine to see the lights with Connor's godparents, Beth and Derek. Pictures of this will be coming soon... Yesterday we went to cut down our Christmas tree in the morning and then we spent the rest of the day decorating it. While we were at the tree farm, Connor got to meet Santa for the very first time. Finally, when we woke up this morning, the ground was covered in snow so we had to take Connor outside to experience his first snowfall. It has been a very busy and exciting weekend!

Happy Birthday Joey

Today is Joey's 4th Birthday! We didn't want him to feel left out now that he is a big brother, so we decided to let him have his moment in the spotlight. Here he is hanging out with his biggest fan.

Connor loves books

We have been reading to Connor ever since he was in the womb. He loves to sit and listen to stories. It is the one activity that he always loves to do and he will sit there forever and listen to you read. Last night, Grandma was over and I couldn't resist taking this picture of her reading to the little guy. As you can see from the picture, Joey is also fond of story time.

Brrrrr.... It's Cold!

Today, Connor got to experience his first taste of the cold New England winter. Even though it was below freezing today, Joey still needed to be taken out for his walk. So Connor had to get all bundled up for the adventure. He looked so cute that I just had to get a picture.

Connor's First Christmas Tree

This past weekend we went to tag Connor's first Christmas tree. It has been a family tradition to pick out our Christmas tree at the same farm in Little Compton ever since Dawn was a child. It was a cold day, but we managed to find a great tree and claim it as ours. We will be going back to cut it down in a couple of weeks.

Halloween

While in Florida, we celebrated Connor's First Halloween. Connor dressed up as Dopey and the rest of us were Snow White and the remaining dwarfs (check out our names on our t-shirts). It was great to be in Disney for the holiday... especially at our campground, Fort Wilderness, because everyone went all out with decorations and costumes.
