Day Trip to Beantown

Today we took a trip to Boston to celebrate Dawn's birthday. It turned out to be a beautiful day after some brief rain showers. We walked around the Boston Common & Newbury Street and had dinner at P.F. Chang's. Connor was very well behaved and seemed to really enjoy the big city.

Yesterday was my 27th Birthday. Connor and I had a nice day together and then we had my birthday party that night.

While Daddy's Away

James is in Florida this weekend visiting Ryan, so Connor and I have been staying at Grandma and Grandpa's house for the weekend. They have been keeping the two of us very busy. Yesterday, Grandpa babysat for the first time all by himself so the girls could go shopping. He did an excellent job and the two boys had lots of fun hanging out together. Today, we took a day trip to Newport. Connor really enjoyed walking along the pier and taking in all the sights. Then we went to Greenvale Vineyards for a relaxing afternoon lunch.

Last night, we took Connor to his first baseball game. We went with Nana and Pepe to see the PawSox beat Syracuse. Connor was a good little boy and I am sure he will be seeing many more games in the future. After all, he was born a Sox fan for life!!!

3 Months!

Another exciting milestone... 3 months old. We took Connor to Friendly's to celebrate and he slept through the meal. This pictures shows just how big he is getting... look at those chubby cheeks!

Connor wanted to send a shoutout to all the olympians in Beijing. He is really excited for his first olympics and wanted to show his USA pride.

First Vacation

Last week we took Connor on his first vacation. We went to the Finger Lakes region of NY and took a day trip to Canada. Grandma and Grandpa came with us and we all had a great time.

Notice in the falls picture, there is a boat approaching the falls. This is the Maid of the Mist. We took Connor on this boat to get an up close and personal view of the power of the falls. All of us, including Connor, got to wear ponchos so we wouldn't get soaked.
