Easter 2013

In March, Jack had his first day of preschool. He has been going for the past 4 weeks because my Mom had hip replacement surgery and we needed some child care so that I could work. We thought it would be easiest if Jack went to school with Connor to make the transition easier. Jack was extremely brave on his first day. He didn't even cry on the first drop off. I can't believe how big he is getting!

Cruise 2013

During February School vacation we took a Caribbean cruise with our friends. It was AWESOME!!!! We sailed for 7 nights on the Norwegian Pearl. The boys loved the trip... it was the happiest I have ever seen them. They loved the hot tubs, waterslides, beach time and room service. Since the kids were so happy and busy, James and I were able to relax and enjoy a few tropical drinks. It was great having our friends travel with us - making the vacation even more fun. The boys got to spend time playing with their buddy Luke and the adults got to have some fun too. Here are some highlights.

Jack's parties

We had planned two birthday parties for Jack. This first party was supposed to be for all of our family, but there was a blizzard that morning that left us with 2 feet of snow, so we had to cancel. We were a little bummed, but we made the best of it by having our closest "kid" friends over the next day for a small get together. On Jack's actual birthday, we had a neighborhood kids party at the local indoor gym, Teamworks. The kids had a blast - the adults even got to have some fun too!
